College Administrator

Location Tokyo or Osaka
Outline Providing administrative support to the beo College in Tokyo and Osaka, you will be at the interface between sales staff, individual students, and partner education institutions and organisations. The administration section ensures the smooth running of college teaching, sales, and marketing, and contributes substantially to a positive customer experience. You will be clear and efficient in your work, and a friendly communicator with students, clients and colleagues, facilitating positive and successful study abroad experiences for beo students.
Example responsibilities
  • Efficiently processing applications to study at the beo College
  • Liaising with sales staff to assist in excellent customer service
  • Liaising with overseas education institutions
  • Working with college teachers to provide administrative support to class teaching
About you The ideal candidate will be a friendly team-player with great attention to detail and time management, able to work accurately and consistently with demanding workloads, and to plan work according to regular deadlines.
Essential
  • A highly energetic and motivated professional
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work accurately
  • Native-level English and advanced Japanese, or native-level Japanese and advanced English
Desirable
  • Relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of other languages, especially east-Asian languages.
