Location Tokyo / Osaka
Outline Representing beo's front office, you will welcome and assist customers and visitors from overseas arriving at the beo office, take appointments, support meetings, and perform general office duties contributing to a successful, student-friendly environment.
Example responsibilities
  • Welcoming visitors to the office
  • Handling internal room and equipment bookings
  • Handling phone calls and taking appointments
  • Supporting internal and external meetings
  • Supporting promotional events for customers
About you The ideal candidate will be a cheerful, energetic, and friendly professional with a strong awareness of the details that contribute to a positive customer experience.
  • A highly energetic and motivated professional
  • Able to operate independently
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively
  • General computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Native-level Japanese and conversational English.
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Overseas study experience
  • Advanced English
