Study Abroad Sales Counsellor URGENT

Location Tokyo or Bangkok
Outline Conducting counselling with customers who enquire to beo and are interested in studying abroad, you will provide study advice and guidance on beo’s support services. As this is one of the first stages of customers’ preparations to study abroad, this role impacts directly on beo’s success.
Example responsibilities
  • Arranging counselling for customers making enquiries
  • Counselling and processing applications for beo’s support
  • Advice on studying English
  • Introduction of beo’s English courses
  • Preparing and conducting events
About you The ideal candidate will enjoy interacting with others, be hospitable, welcoming and able think about things from others’ points of view, and have the ability to make suggestions and solve problems.
Essential
  • At least a two-year college graduate
  • English proficiency (TOEIC 730 or above)
  • Study abroad experience
  • Native-level Japanese or Thai language proficiency
* Candidates without sufficient experience may also be considered for an assistant position.
Desirable
  • Experience of sales to customers (B2C)
  • Work experience in Japan or Thailand (any job type for more than one year)
